A self-guided tour lets you explore available homes on your own schedule, with daily access from 8am to 8pm. You'll use the Rently app to get a unique access code, then let yourself in and take your time viewing the home at your own pace.

Rently is our trusted partner that makes it easy for you to tour your future home on your own schedule, without needing a leasing agent present.

Browse our available homes, find a home you'd like to tour, and click the "Self-Guided Tour" button. You'll be guided through the Rently booking process to select a time and get your access code.

You'll need a valid ID and your phone with the Rently app installed. The app will provide your access code and entry instructions. Make sure your phone is charged.

Our homes use one of two Rently access methods. Some homes have a smart lock where you'll enter your unique code directly on the door's keypad. Others have a traditional lockbox near the door — you'll use your code to open the lockbox, which contains the key to let yourself in. The Rently app will show you which type your tour home uses and provide step-by-step instructions.

Yes! You can schedule separate self-guided tours for each home you're interested in. This helps you compare different options and find the one that best fits your lifestyle.

Self-guided tours typically take 30-45 minutes per home, but you can take as much time as you need within your scheduled window. We recommend giving yourself plenty of time to explore.
